You will not be allowed to practice unless you have submitted the
OVFL Registration/Privacy/Waiver Form and paid your Insurance & Tryout Fees.
If you are unable to attend a practice,
make sure you contact the Head Coach
Players are expected to arrive 15 minutes prior to start of practices
