2009 Fees

FULL REGISTRATION FEE $550.00,
Which includes Training Camp Fees of $125.00 (NON-REFUNDABLE)
(Training camp fees are used for OVFL/OTF Registration and Insurance Fees,
Dome Fees for Practices and Practice Jersey)

OVFL/OTF Registration/Privacy Forms must be submitted before player starts practice.
Training Fees must be paid before player starts practice.

All new players to OVFL must provide a photocopy of 2 pieces of Identification.
The following are acceptable Identifications:
Passport
Canadian Citizenship Card (with photo)
Driver's License
Ontario Student Card (with signature)
Birth Certificate
Baptismal Certificate

Registration Fees must be paid before first regularly scheduled game.
Registration Fees include all bussing expenses for out-of-town games.

The following Post-Dated cheque for Equipment Loan is required:
$150.00 post-dated to 01 August 2009
(The Equipment loan Fee is fully Refundable upon return of all loaned equipments)
(The equipment loan fee is only cashed if all equipments not returned)

Make cheques payable to: Myers Riders Football Club

(except Training/OVFL/OTF Registration/Insurance fees of $ 125.00)

will be refunded, upon return of all loaned equipments.
